this instructable will teach you how to make a quick and easy Flash Bang.

Step 1Materials
What you need:
Two cigarette lighters, (a small bic one is fine)
the other one is to heat the flint up.
Pliers
Gloves (optional)
Sunglasses (optional)

Step 2Destruction!
Pic 1: take the bic lighter and the pliers, then push the plier into the hole where the flame comes out, then pull of the metal covering.
It should look like the second picture.

Step 3The barrel
once again using the pliers, slowly pull the barrel off. there is a flint with a spring under it and the flint will shoot out, so be careful, because the flint is the most important part.
Step 4The Flash itself
Now the flint and the spring will be revealed.
Strech the spring so its relatively long, then wrap it around the flint.
CAUTION: make sure that the flint is very secure in the spring so that when you pull your arm back to throw it you don't end up setting your pants on fire.

Step 5Using it!
If you chose to get some gloves or sunglasses, this is where you should put them on
It is also a good idea to decide where you are going to throw it, and make sure that nothing is highly flammable around the area you are going to throw it at.
-SAFETY WARNING TIP: I did this under adult supervision, and when you throw it, it would probably be safer not to pull your arm back past your ear, but to do a small underarm throw, and I would higly reccomend wearing entirely wool clothing.-
REMEMBER! IF YOU CATCH ON FIRE, STOP. DROP AND ROLL
And I also reccomend having a hose, or a bucket of water at hand.
Get the other lighter and hold the Flint Over the naked flame.
When it turns Red hot, then throw it!
(the one in the video wasn't so impressive because it cooled down a lot when I took pictures of it red hot)

PS: I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE OUTCOME OF WHAT IS WRITTEN UNDER WILL BE.
IT IS POSSIBLE IT WILL BLOW UP IN YOUR HAND.
If you are this crazy, hold it over the flame till it is white hot, then shoot it out of a bb gun.
